I was born in Cardiff Central, South Wales. Presently living in Llandaff City, Cardiff Central, I have extensive experience working in hospitality, social care and psychology, including working with disabled people, these life experiences I bring to my work as a qualified reflexologist and energy healer.
Previously worked with Reiki Healing, I have gained a higher understanding of my spiritual practices over the last 5 years. As an accredited and registered member of the International Practitioners (IPHM), I strive to proved my clients with the very best of reflexology and energy healing techniques.
