We all hold and control our breathing in order NOT TO feel life's pain, we hold onto and trap our past emotional data, in order to make us feel safe. But these repressed memories and stored emotional trauma's keep us stuck in painful, old habits and loops. We cannot access this data via the mind and talking therapies we also need somatic work to make that shift because the breath, body and nervous system are all completely connected. Much of our past hurts are held in the body's memory.

By Combining 'breath & conscious touch bodywork' I can reach this memory enabling you to make profound shifts with ease and grace, freeing up your life force energy that you have been using to keep a lid on pandoras box. This breathing process opens and frees blocked energy which gets stuck at a physical level: past pain and challenging emotional memories, negative thoughts previously held in the body can now surface and fully be integrated.

Julie Ann Horrox is a Breathwork Coach and Breathwork Trainer with 23yrs experience of professional breathwork. She is a member of the International Breathwork Foundation, having travelled the globe to share her passion for breathwork. She has been working for the prestigious award-winning Arrigo Program in Somerset since 2012 and now has her own private practice in Macclesfield Cheshire. She was trained by Christina Artemis in 2002 , and has been working professionally as Breathwork Trainer since 2003.
