All of my classes now take place at The Academy of Healing Arts in Waltham Abbey, Essex which is a centre of excellence, established over nine years.

The Academy of Healing Arts is housed within the holistic and spiritual well-being centre, Healing Horizons, a professional healing centre and sanctuary of holistic well-being with a team of highly qualified and dedicated healing practitioners.

My training courses are created to empower you with accredited training, and a diverse range of classes and workshops, aimed at expanding your healing abilities and deepening your spirituality. I believe in the synergy of diverse healing modalities, combining best practices from both traditional and contemporary approaches, to provide you with a comprehensive learning experience.

With over 26 years experience of practicing and teaching holistic and spiritual subjects, my training courses are of a high standard of quality. The knowledge and skills you will gain on any one of my training courses will enable you to become a proficient and compassionate practitioner.

I offer the following courses :

• Hypnotherapy - An indepth training course where you will learn how to utilise the state of hypnosis to help your clients create the positive changes their seek.
• Rapid Cognitive Processing - this is an eye movement therapy training, suitable for qualified hypnotherapists, counsellors and experienced practitioners.
• Reiki Healing - Usui Natural Healing Level 1 to Master/Teacher
• Elemental Reiki - this is a form of Reiki which captures the essence of the seasons of the natural wheel of the year and utilises the elements of Earth, Air, Fire, Water & Spirit. It has a Goddess centered approach and will suit those who follow a pagan pathway or those who wish to discover more about living in harmony with Mother Earth
