A little about me: I am qualified with 1st class BA Hons in Social Work, Reiki Master Teacher in several different reiki frequencies, Sound Therapist, Silent Counsellor, Mediator, person centred & bereavement counselling plus many qualifications working with all ages of people with additional needs and disabilities.
I have a story book within the school of life that spans a vast amount of trauma, grief/loss, homelessness, recovery, caring responsibilities and additional needs family.
The combination of both personal and professional experience within mental, emotional, physical and spiritual health has enabled me to grow my practice and for the healing I facilitate to be shared throughout the world.
I work both online and in person, providing 1:1 session, small and large group sessions, workshops, teaching/training and retreats for individuals, groups, public, private and corporate sectors.
I formed Inner Solas (Gaelic for light) as I believe that everyone is their own healer, we all have our own inner light we must take care of but also I really feel from my own experiences that everyone must have someone as their confidante, guide and mentor to help, support and nurture them through their journeys which is why I am so passionate about the life coaching I offer.
