With over 30 years of management experience and a genuine passion for helping others, Rob brings practical leadership, trusted support and a calm, solutions focused approach to the IPHM Board.

Eight years with IPHM and the first one at her desk every morning. Ursula leads our accreditation assessments for both holistic and beauty, bringing consistency, care, and an eye for detail to every application she reviews.

Ashleigh joined IPHM just over a year ago and hasn't stopped since. As Head of Operations she keeps membership, admin, and everything in between running smoothly, with energy and warmth that members notice from the very first interaction.

Sarah has over 12 years of coaching and mentoring experience. Her passion for raising professional standards makes her a valuable member of the IPHM Board.

With a background in music and performance, Tom brings a strong foundation in rhythm, voice, and creative expression to the field of sound healing. He helps support IPHM's mission to uphold high standards and empower practitioners.

Zoe is an Angelic Reiki and Healing Advisor and brings her heart-centred approach, compassionate insight and healing expertise to IPHM's Board.

Siobhan is IPHM’s Marketing and Brand Manager, here to support members with the marketing, visibility and online systems that help their businesses grow with more confidence and less overwhelm. With over six years’ experience in social media, marketing and brand strategy, Siobhan has worked with everyone from larger brands to independent business owners building something deeply personal and meaningful.

Josh is a fitness industry expert with over 10 years’ experience, founder of Life Without Limits, and specialist in weight loss, strength & conditioning, postural rehabilitation, and sport-specific training. On the IPHM Accreditation Board, he brings practical expertise, industry insight, and a commitment to supporting practitioners and clients in achieving their goals.

Sally is a qualified Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist passionate about helping others uncover the root causes of their health challenges. Inspired by her daughter’s journey, she focuses on holistic healing through nutrition, lifestyle, and balance, empowering people to take charge of their wellbeing.

Alex IPHM - BSC (Hons) Biological Sciences is a dedicated advocate for holistic health and wellbeing, combining a strong scientific background with a passion for complementary therapies, and is commited to supporting IPHM members in delivering safe, effective and transformative experiences.

Cindy IPHM - B.A Hons Psychology has a lifelong passion for holistic therapies and has authored courses and articles across a variety of disciplines. She is currently a professional teacher and course writer.

Laura combines clinical knowledge with a deep passion for holistic wellbeing in her role on the IPHM board. As a midwife, prescriber, and practitioner in aesthetics and energy-based therapies, she is committed to high standards, heartfelt support, and empowering others within the profession.
