Alex is a dedicated advocate for holistic health and wellbeing, combining a strong scientific background with a passion for complementary therapies. She is a co-founder of Bee Sober, an international community supporting individuals in embracing an alcohol-free lifestyle, and currently works as a Personal Trainer, helping clients achieve optimal health.

Formerly Head of Curriculum for Engineering at a well-established UK college, Alex brings extensive experience as a Science Teacher and Learning Leader, providing her with a unique perspective on education, professional standards, and member support. She believes in the growing recognition of holistic therapies by the scientific community and is committed to supporting IPHM members in delivering safe, effective, and transformative experiences. 

I am proud to be a member of the IPHM Accreditation Board and happy to offer support to our members whenever required. With my scientific and educational background, I feel I have a lot to contribute to both IPHM and its members
