Beth joined IPHM in 2020 and has grown into one of the most important people in the organisation. As Co-Director she oversees the day to day running of the business, manages the team, and plays a key role in the strategic decisions that shape how IPHM serves its members.
Beth is the person who keeps everything moving. She handles the difficult conversations, ensures our guidelines and compliance information stays current, and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks. If something needs doing, Beth gets it done.
She brings a calm, organised presence to everything she does, and her managerial experience means the team always knows where they stand. When she's not keeping IPHM running smoothly she's a mum to a little girl, and if you follow us on social media you may occasionally spot her cat making an appearance too.
