What information does Holistic Therapy Services Ltd - Trading as IPHM collect about me?
We collect basic information from you when you create an account, such as name, address, email address and phone number and any information you have submitted to us on your application form when you purchase products or add subscriptions. We also record information when you contact us, including customer email requests and notes or details explaining what you asked and how we responded. When you request membership with the IPHM you are automatically included on our mailing list. We use this to send you newsletters and important information that may affect your membership. If you do not wish to be listed on our mailing list you may unsubscribe at anytime.
Subscription Service: The information added to the Subscription Service, either by site visitors providing their contact information or when a Subscription Service user adds the information, is stored and managed on our service providers' servers. This information is then used to contact visitors about their interest in the company's goods or services and interact with the company.
How does Holistic Therapy Services Ltd - Trading as IPHM use information about me?
We use information about you to deliver, improve, update and enhance the services we provide to you. For example, we use information about you to create your account and listing on our website. We keep a copy of your application. When a member has cancelled their membership, we may keep their details on file should they wish to re-subscribe at a future date. If you would like your details and files removed permanently we are happy to do this on request. This will be done by removing any information about you from our website and should a paper copy of your application be printed this will then be shredded.
Does Holistic Therapy Services Ltd (IPHM) share my data with third parties?
We may share your personal data with affiliated companies within our corporate family, with third parties with which we have partnered to allow you to integrate their services into our own Services, and with trusted third party service providers as necessary for them to perform services on our behalf. Examples of when we share data include processing payments, communicating with you through surveys or email. Promoting your listing via social media sites such as facebook or twitter. We only share information necessary or relevant to your membership. If you provide us personal information about others, or if others give us your information, we will only use that information for the specific reason for which it was provided to us.
How can I update my personal information?
You are in control of your personal information. You can view your listing on our website and any amendments you wish to be made can be requested and amended by a member of staff on request.
