I started teaching and practising Reiki in 1999. I was so excited when I discovered Reiki as it all made sense, I had been researching and analysing different ways to take responsibility for our own wellbeing for some time, working on the premise of prevention rather than cure. Since my Reiki training I have also qualified in Crystal therapy, Indian Head Massage, Massage, Emotional Freedom Technique, Sound therapy and Holistic facials.  I offer training to suit an individual - face to face, online in some cases or blended learning - depending upon circumstances and the course being taken. I only train in Reiki face to face, although because of Covid restrictions I can split some of the teaching between in person and online to limit contact. 

I have accredited my Reiki courses as I believe in delivering training to a high standard, meeting the codes of conduct and professional ethics. I also offer training in Crystal therapy, Indian Head Massage, Baby Massage, Anatomy & Physiology and Animal Reiki.
