Sarpenela Natural Therapies Centre – Sarah Lownds

Sarpenela has been established for over 20 years. It was created by me, Sarah Lownds, my whole passion for Natural Therapies, Holistic Well-being and my own spiritual life journey developed while working as a Spa Manager in Muscat Oman in the Middle East for 11 years.

I had the privilege of working with many wonderful people from other cultures, I become fascinated by their healing method and energy work, this led me to change my life and over 22 years ago I came back to England and trained in many holistic practices and started the process of creating Sarpenela.  I feel incredibly lucky that my work is my passion, I enjoy every aspect of facilitating courses and therapies. One of the biggest rewards is seeing people take control of their own healing process and moving forward in their own life. 

Sarpenela is set in the rustic charms of original stables at Farnham Farm House in Dorset - My family home.
