Natasha Teixeira – Trauma-Informed Therapist, Mindfulness Instructor & Burnout Recovery Specialist
About Natasha Teixeira
Natasha Teixeira is a trauma-informed therapist, mindfulness instructor, and former senior Human Resources leader who specialises in helping women move from chronic stress, burnout, emotional exhaustion, and self-abandonment toward greater authenticity, resilience, and emotional wellbeing.
A Holistic and Personal Approach
Drawing from almost a decade of experience in corporate environments and her own personal journey through burnout recovery, Natasha combines different approaches with deep emotional and somatic work to help clients reconnect with themselves beyond performance, perfectionism, and survival mode.
Therapeutic Modalities and Areas of Focus
Her work integrates Compassionate Inquiry® (developed by Dr. Gabor Maté), mindfulness practices, nervous system regulation, body-centred awareness, Jungian psychology, and trauma-informed therapeutic approaches.
She supports clients in understanding the deeper emotional patterns, unconscious beliefs, and stress responses that contribute to anxiety, overwhelm, people-pleasing, chronic busyness, and difficulty setting healthy boundaries.
Philosophy and Therapeutic Perspective
Natasha’s therapeutic approach is grounded in the belief that symptoms such as burnout, anxiety, emotional exhaustion, chronic stress, and loss of purpose are not signs of personal failure, but important messages from the body and psyche inviting a deeper reconnection with oneself.
Corporate Leadership Experience
Before transitioning into full-time therapeutic practice, Natasha spent more than eight years working in Human Resources and organisational leadership, supporting professionals and leaders within high-pressure corporate environments.
This experience allows her to uniquely understand the challenges faced by ambitious professionals who appear successful on the outside while struggling internally with stress, disconnection, and emotional fatigue.
Qualifications and Professional Training
She is a Certified Compassionate Inquiry® Practitioner, mindfulness facilitator, and is completing her postgraduate studies in Jungian Psychology.
Her professional background also includes training in emotional intelligence, coaching, family systems, conflict facilitation, Reiki, and integrative approaches to personal development and emotional healing.
Working with Clients
Natasha works with clients internationally through online sessions, offering a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where individuals can explore the root causes of their emotional struggles, strengthen self-awareness, regulate their nervous system, process unresolved emotional experiences, and cultivate lasting wellbeing.
