I have been working in the field of health and wellbeing for over 20 years. In both the NHS and private sector. My background and specialist area is eating disorders which i have been working directly with for over 16 years.
Understanding the brain and body and how we nurture and nourish ourselves to ensure we are safe, balanced and living well, is key to living our most authentic life.
My passion for working in the field of wellness and wellbeing has continued to grow over the last 10 years with further training in holistic treatments and approaches, these include meditation, yoga, breathwork and bodywork - All vital practices to balance our physical, psychological, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.
We live in a very difficult environment and world right now, life is hard!
When I meet my clients for the first time they are often stuck and lost, not sure how or where to turn.
My focus of work is always to explore what our authentic self looks like. Living your life authentically is your path, its your true self.
