Through Reiki, I help clients release what they have been holding onto — physically, emotionally, and energetically.
Through Tarot reading, I offer clarity on what is already moving beneath the surface of a decision or season of life. And through Life Coaching, I walk alongside my clients as they turn that clarity into real, lived change, building the focus, boundaries, and self-worth to create a life that feels like their own.
I combined all these tools in a mentoring programme where I help women who have spent years pouring everything into others to finally come home to themselves.
I believe there is no life where there is no emotional health. Before a prosperous life can be built, the relationship with the self has to be restored first. That is where I always begin.
I work with women who are capable, driven, and quietly exhausted. Women who have been the strong one for everyone else, for far too long.
My hands-on services are available in the Scottish Highland and my online ones are worldwide.
