A Compassionate, Heart-Centred Space
Seeking therapy is one of the most meaningful investments you can make in yourself. At different points in our lives, we all face experiences that leave us feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or uncertain. Research consistently shows that a safe, trusting therapeutic relationship is one of the most powerful catalysts for healing, emotional regulation, and lasting change.
I believe healing happens through genuine human connection. My approach is compassionate, heart-centred, and grounded in the belief that you already possess an innate capacity for healing. I strive to create a space where you feel deeply seen, understood, and accepted, allowing you to quiet the noise of the outside world and reconnect with your own inner wisdom, resilience, and values.
My Therapeutic Approach
I have completed a year-long professional training in Compassionate Inquiry, a therapeutic approach developed by Dr. Gabor Maté that uses compassionate curiosity to help uncover the unconscious beliefs, emotional patterns, and protective strategies that shape our lives. Compassionate Inquiry is woven throughout my work alongside mindfulness, somatic (body-based) approaches, parts work, and self-compassion to support meaningful, lasting change.
Areas of Special Interest
I specialise in supporting women through many stages of life, including pregnancy, postpartum, infertility, choosing a child-free life, trauma recovery, relationship challenges, and other issues unique to women's experiences. I also work extensively with anxiety, chronic stress, life transitions, divorce, self-esteem, identity exploration, and trauma.
Supporting Families
I enjoy working with men who want to develop greater emotional awareness, communicate more effectively, and build deeper, more authentic relationships. I also love working with parents of young children, adolescents, and college students as they navigate life's challenges and transitions.
Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy
In addition to traditional psychotherapy, I offer Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) in collaboration with a trusted network of medical prescribers. When appropriate, KAP can be a powerful catalyst for emotional healing and personal growth.
What It's Like to Work With Me
Clients often describe me as warm, grounded, genuine, and compassionate. While therapy often involves difficult conversations, I also believe healing includes moments of humour, playfulness, and joy. It is a privilege to walk alongside people as they reconnect with themselves and create lives that feel more authentic, connected, and meaningful.
