A.WOL_Holistics is a platform and a growing practice supporting people's healing journey. The ever-increasing number of patients I have been working with online and in person spans eight countries.

Before I dove into Ayurveda years ago, I was already a health-obsessed bookworm researcher for over a decade. I contemplated herbalism, Chinese medicine, chiropractic science, neurology, epigenetics, psychoneuroimmunology and multiple healing diet approaches.

I found life-altering information of great value, but Ayurveda brought it ALL together for me in a way, where all the pieces fell into place for the first time. There was no more confusion about the conflicting scientific approaches.

Since slowly changing my lifestyle, becoming a yogi and an Ayurvedic consultant, I have been free from conditions that dominated my youth, such as endometriosis, irritable bowel syndrome, hypothyroidism, asthma and allergies. Such was the beginning of my quest to help others regain their balance, clarity and health.
