I am a Trauma Healing Practitioner and Jungian coach with a master's degree in art psychotherapy, supporting individuals in gently reconnecting with themselves after trauma.
My background in art psychotherapy allows me to integrate creative expression, depth psychology, and nervous system–aware practices to help process emotions that words alone cannot reach.
Grounded in Jungian principles, I guide clients in exploring patterns, symbols, and the unconscious with compassion and curiosity.
