Alys d'Oublié
I am an IPHM-Accredited Life Coach offering trauma-informed, identity-affirming coaching for individuals and executives navigating complex personal and professional lives.
With a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Science in Industrial and Organisational Psychology in progress (expected December 2026), I bring a behavioural science foundation to practical, goal-focused coaching.
Many of my clients are living with depression, PTSD, grief, or anxiety while also working through bigger questions of who they are: sexual identity, gender, relationships, neurodivergent, and alternative lifestyles. I meet clients where both of those journeys intersect, helping them clarify identity, build sustainable systems for daily living, and move toward the lives they want without waiting to feel "fixed" first.
I am a listed practitioner in the Kink Aware Professionals directory of the National Coalition for Sexual Freedom.
My coaching is non-clinical and works well alongside care from a licenced therapist or physician. Clients needing diagnosis, treatment, or crisis support are referred to licenced providers.
Through my Bridge the Gap community fund, I work to make coaching accessible across economic lines.
