Alys d'Oublié

I am a Human Dynamics Consultant and Behavioral Scientist based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, offering trauma-informed, identity-affirming coaching to individuals, executives, and organizations navigating complex personal and professional systems.

With a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology in progress, I bring academic rigor and lived-experience depth to every client engagement. My practice bridges behavioral science and human potential, helping clients untangle identity, build authentic systems for living, and develop the resilience to function fully within environments that were rarely designed with them in mind.

My individual coaching services support clients navigating neurodivergence, PTSD, depression, performance anxiety, relationship complexity, and identity development, including kink-aware and alternative lifestyle affirming support. I am a listed practitioner with the Kink Aware Professionals directory under the National Coalition for Sexual Freedom.

My organizational services include neuro-inclusion auditing, executive leadership development, cross-cultural integration, and team training for professional environments seeking to reduce operational friction and build sustainable, human-centered systems.

I am a contributing writer on behavioral science and human dynamics and am committed to making behavioral strategy accessible across economic lines through my Bridge the Gap community fund.
