Hello! thank you for visiting my page!
I am a Holistic therapist in the east of England who loves what he does.
I began my holistic journey after working 17 years in corporate London.
All through my life, I always told myself 'I want to help people as best I can'. I'm an empath and a extrovert. But I realised, that I was talking about it, but never really doing anything about it outside my corporate environment. So, I decided to leave my career that I had built up, and began retraining from scratch in all things' holistic'.
I started my journey with Massage, specifically holistic and sports. Then moving onto Reiki, seated acupressure and facial rejuvenation techniques. I then studied in meditation and mindfulness which is really my passion area.
Before I knew it, I was training in all things mind, body and soul, in order to better myself, and those around me. I mainly work with retreats as a facilitator of activities and therapies. However, in between this time, I also work mobile and from established network of clinics/therapy centres around Norfolk (check out my instagram for the when's and how's).
