I am a certified Life Coach and Mind and Body Practitioner with 10 years experience of teaching and consulting clients about vegan, plant-based and raw vegan nutrition. As a multi entrepreneur, my focus is on female entrepreneurs and career focused women, offering support through lifechanging situations and or when at a crossroad in life and wanting to make sound decisions about any changes.
I am an avid Hatha Yoga and Face Yoga teacher as well and use often affirmations and meditation techniques in my support.
