I am a multifaceted professional.

At present, I offer mainly private Compassionate Inquiry (CI) informed sessions to clients who are willing to find through this somatic and psycho therapeutic approach, with playfulness and curiosity, the root causes for the behavioral patters that are negatively affecting their lives.

Healing their core wounds, and the trauma stored in their body in a safe (online or physical) space, challenging and freeing themselves from their old beliefs to enjoy their life fully and achieve their full potential.

I propose to accompany you in this non judgemental pathway towards authenticity and wholeness. Helping you find your own personal truth and well being through presence, acceptance, assertiveness in communication, safety, safe attachment building, re parenting yourself and finding health and balance at all levels.
