Most people find me when something has stopped working. The tiredness that sleep doesn't touch. The skin, gut or hormones that flare without warning. The sense of running on empty while still doing everything that needs doing.
Often you've already been told there's nothing wrong. That's rarely the same as feeling well.
That's where I come in.
I've spent many years training and working across herbal medicine, Reiki, colour and sound therapy and Bach flower essences, and I run Bo-tanics, my aroma-herbary and botanical wellness practice on Portugal's Silver Coast. I make my own tinctures, teas, formulas, essences and aura mists, grow much of what I use, and work with the moon and the seasons because plants respond to timing and so do we.
What I offer isn't one modality bolted onto another. It's a layered approach: herbs to support the body's systems, flower essences for the emotional weather underneath, colour and sound to shift what's stuck, Reiki to settle the whole thing, and coaching to make it liveable once you're back home in your own routine.
Every consultation is built around you. We start with a proper conversation together about your health history, your energy, your sleep, your stress and what you actually want to feel like. From there I create a plan you can keep to, using remedies made for you rather than pulled off a shelf.
