I am Caroline a Yoga teacher and Reiki Healer, Thai Yoga Massage Therapist, I am passionate about all that I offer, I have been practising yoga for 30 years and teaching for approximately half of that.
I hold regular community classes, workshops in Yin and Mindfulness Meditation, also Restorative yoga, I offer well Women's Retreats a time for women to gather and share, practising yoga, Breathwork, meditation and of course yoga.
My classes are accessible for all, giving assistance when necessary. I have taught for the NHS and MS society and leisure centres, I also offer 1-2-1s.
