I offer soul-led grief support for adults navigating the quiet ache of loss - whether that’s the death of a loved one, the loss of identity, or a life shift that left things forever changed.
My practice blends certified grief and emotional regulation coaching with trauma-informed care, rooted in both lived experience and professional training.
I work 1:1 and in small, supportive groups to help individuals move through grief with greater awareness, steadiness, and self-compassion - without pressure to 'move on'.
I also offer reflective tools and guided resources for those grieving in silence, or supporting others through bereavement in professional settings.
Later this year, I will be introducing a pain management support programme for those living with chronic emotional or physical pain.
Based in the North of Ireland, supporting clients across Ireland, the UK, and internationally through online coaching and group support.
