Clodagh Friel – Integrative Psychospiritual Practitioner
I support individuals navigating periods of personal transformation, healing, spiritual emergence, and expanded states of consciousness.
My work
My work integrates Holotropic Breathwork®, Grof® Breathwork, psychological astrology, spiritual emergency coaching, and preparation and integration support for non-ordinary states.
Drawing on training in transpersonal psychology, Transactional Analysis, attachment-informed practice, meditation, and consciousness studies, I offer a holistic approach that honours the interconnected relationship between body, mind, and spirit.
I am particularly interested in supporting individuals through life transitions, emotional healing, existential questioning, spiritual awakening, and the integration of profound experiences arising through breathwork, meditation, psychedelic work, or other transformative processes.
My approach
My approach is non-pathologising, compassionate, and client-centred. I aim to create a safe and supportive space where individuals can deepen self-understanding, reconnect with inner resources, and cultivate greater meaning, wholeness, and authenticity in their lives.
I work with clients online and in person. I am based in Ireland.
