My business is about helping you to find a clam, safe and relaxed place in an otherwise chaotic world.
I am a Healing Touch practitioner, Level 4, a Certified Sound Healer and have a Diploma in Holistic Intergrated Creative Art Therapy. I offer Energy and Sound healing sessions to assist with stress relief, pain management, life transitions and overall health and wellbeing. I am also offering combined art and meditation sessions; these will assist you to connect with your inner being and allow you to begin to release your stress in a safe, creative way.
