I help people move from overwhelm, anxiety, and reactive patterns into emotional balance, clarity, and grounded confidence.
I offer 1–1 coaching and group programmes, alongside tailored wellbeing workshops for schools and businesses. These are designed to improve emotional regulation, reduce stress, enhance focus, and strengthen communication and relationships.
