Here is a little bit about me and my journey...

They say you don't know a person until you walk a mile in their shoes. Well, my shoes have been on one long journey in the past 2 decades. Being a nature lover, I am truly blessed to be in a profession where reconnecting to your health through natures tools is at the center of your healing.

The first clue to my profession came from a young age of 9 years old, when I discovered sugar made me feel physically, mentally, and emotionally ill. I knew in that moment, I wanted to educate myself not only in food science, but in the human body and why it does what it does and how we are all uniquely specially made.

Born and raised in Minnesota where the land of 10,000 frozen lakes, couldn't keep me. I waved goodbye in 2007 and moved to Dallas, Texas where I have pursued my passion in healthcare. In 2008-2009 I was accepted at Texas Sports Medicine and Weight Management as an Exercise Physiologist and Kinesiologist. In 2013-2014, I further pursued my education in Applied Clinical Nutrition while working fulltime and traveling to Clearwater, FL. I attended UNS (Ulan Nutritional Systems)

Practice Management and Applied Clinical Nutrition academic studies. Adding this knowledge to my career was a great foundation that set me off to award winning 57 certifications, through accreditation platforms, from nutrition, physiotherapy, psychosomatic, emotional disorders, medical massage, to the foundation of food and how our day starts and ends with our mouths. I then attended Blue Heron Academy Acupuncture and Herbs where I found the arts of acupuncture fit right into my purpose and putting my passion for healing people on the same plane as the universe gives us air to breath! I discovered there was more to acupuncture than traditional methods and I was accepted by D2D Therapies for a Medical Acupuncturist Degree. Being a Medical Acupuncturist, I don't just focus on traditional acupuncture, I specialize in over 5 techniques of acupuncture from injuries to mood disorders.

My most recent academic accomplishment supported with an accreditation award through Udemy Academics, graduating as a Doctor in Naturopathic Medicine with an Advanced Diploma. I hold an executive level of professional recognition as a fully accredited international recognized member of IPHM. I have over 16 years of passion that enters every single life that I am blessed to treat and build great relationships with. I have a passion to educate my patients with as much knowledge as I was given in all the decades and hours I have put into my purpose in life! ... and it starts with listening to you!

I may not be able to walk a mile in your shoes, but I look forward to walking beside you in your own adventure of health.
