Jacob Clamp, Founder of Grounded Ginger, is an Accredited Cold Exposure and Breathwork Practitioner who embodies these ancient practices to optimise his health and wellbeing. Most importantly, he leads by example for his family, ensuring these practices are preserved and passed down through generations.
Jacob has trained with Sally Garozo in Cold Exposure (Accredited IPHM Diploma), Jessica Fleming in Breathwork Teacher Training (Accredited Yoga Alliance Course), and has learned from numerous Cold Water Therapy and Breathwork professionals through 1:1 mentorships with Ru McKenzie (former Co-Founder of Cool 2Be Conscious), as well as online academies by Wim Hof, Dan Brule, Magnus Appleberg, and Ryan Hubbard (current Founder of Cool 2Be Conscious).
Grounded Ginger has assisted over 10,000 Humans from all walks of life in converting their chest freezers into ice baths, making the process safe, affordable, and easy with the popular Free DIY Ice Bath ebook and Water Filtration, Sanitation & Temperature Control Systems.
