About Me
I’m a trauma-informed Breathwork and Kundalini Activation facilitator based in Norwich, Norfolk, creating safe and supportive spaces for people to reconnect with themselves through breath, body and energy work.
My Approach
My work is rooted in the understanding that wellbeing is not only about the mind, but also about our relationship with the body and nervous system.
Through Transformational Breathwork and Kundalini Activation, I support clients to explore patterns, emotions and experiences held within the body, while developing greater self-awareness, connection and capacity for change.
Trauma-Informed Practice
Sessions are held with a compassionate, non-judgemental and trauma-informed approach, with each experience tailored to the individual.
My intention is not to force a particular outcome, but to create the space and conditions for the body to unwind, process and reconnect with its own innate wisdom.

I offer private 1:1 sessions and small group experiences both in person and online.
