About Hasika
Hasika's (@whereintheworldishasi/@creationmedicinecollective) is an integrative psychosomatic coach, licensed art psychotherapist, feminine embodiment & meditation guide and ceremonialist.
She is also the founder of Creation Medicine Collective; a global communal platform in service to supporting women through the healing arts, somatics, energy medicine and embodied Eastern Spirituality & Self-Inquiry.
Her personal practice is rooted in the Vedic path of Advaita Vedanta and Maha-avatar Babaji’s teachings of Kriya Yoga.
Background & Professional Experience
She has a background in Psychology, a Masters in Art Psychotherapy and is an Executive Board member at TATAI (The Art Therapy Association of India).
Her work was recently published in the Routledge International Handbook of Art Therapy Practice in a chapter on “Decolonising Art Therapy” where she writes about art (and creative expression) as medicine - as conduit, bridge & medium between physical and spiritual realms.
This was also presented by her online at the WATC 2026 (World Art Therapy Conference, Montreal, Canada).
Her Approach to Holistic Well-being
Hasika’s work is rooted in trauma-informed models of integrative care. She weaves together these elements of creative expression, embodied somatics, ceremony and energetics (ancestral & indigenous wisdom) into a tapestry for holistic and spiritual well-being.

Hasika has been offering this work in a variety of settings from 1:1 coaching & therapy (online and offline), workshops and circles and festivals & retreats for 5+ years with a wide a range of client groups, in India, Sri Lanka, Europe and U.K.
