Sometimes the 'stories' you tell yourself, sit deep in your subconscious, and aren't quite in alignment with the magical vision you truly hold for the abundant and expansive vision your Soul knows is your true essence; that's where I can help.
Too often you can be caught up in your head, allowing your subconscious mind to take charge, I help you to return to your heart where you release trauma, stress and pain returning to living the life you were put on this earth to enjoy with love, joy, abundance and peace. I help clients overcome past trauma, release stress and anxiety, love themselves unconditionally, meet their spirit guides and helpers, unlock the abundance of the moon cycles and connect back to themselves.
I live in Shropshire with my two cats, and work online so we can connect and I can help you regardless of where you are in the world. My passion is to help others be their true unapologetic self, free from limitations. My interests are personal development - I use all the 'tools' I teach clients on myself, meditation, connecting with nature, swimming, and of course socialising with my friendship groups.
