I am a HICAT and Psychodynamic Coach.
I have a strong call to work and support individuals who are searching for deeper self- understanding, connection with one's life purpose, emotional Change and more conscious ways of relating with themselves, others and life.
My work is grounded in the belief that many of the challenges we face , such as anxiety, relationship difficulties, self -sabotage, emotional overwhelm, or feeling "stuck" - are not problems to be fixed, but in reality, messengers showing us unmet needs, unconscious patterns, that are asking for our attention.
Through a compassionate way, I support clients to uncover the roots for these patterns and develop healthier, more empowered and purposeful ways of living.
Using HICAT (Holistic Integrative Creative Arts Therapy) and Psychodynamic Coaching, I offer a space that is both reflective and practical.
Our sessions together explore how past experiences shape our present behaviour, while also focusing on awareness, emotional regulation, and meaningful change in the here and now.
This integrative approach allows clients to go into a journey where they start to understand themselves more deeply and also feel empowered to actively change long-standing habits, beliefs and relationship dynamics.
