Following years of working as therapist I increasingly noticed that talking therapies were limited and could not easily break through the barrier of body held trauma or poverty.
So I widened my work experience and training to include Fuelbanks and families and body release trauma. Both work and make talking therapies more effective in children and adults.
Transpersonal work also acknowledges the importance and power of our soul and its journey whilst being a human in this challenging and beautiful world.
All these aspects and more are importantly for all of us to connect regulate and happily reach our potential in our lives
