As a Holistic Practitioner and Integrative Restoration Practitioner, my work focuses on nurturing the whole person, mind, body, and spirit, through restorative, trauma-informed, and empowerment-centered practices.
My approach weaves together principles of Advocacy Coaching, Empowerment Coaching, and Purpose-Filled Coaching with holistic wellness, mindfulness, and inner healing frameworks. Sessions are designed to help clients release emotional blockages, rediscover clarity, and cultivate sustainable alignment in every area of life.
With a Master’s in Crisis and Trauma Counseling (knowledge-based, not licensed to practice), I bring both academic understanding and intuitive awareness into every interaction, supporting each client with compassion, ethical integrity, and a deep respect for their unique journey.
