I am an Irish girl living in AZ and Health (Sláinte) the natural way has been my passion for many years. I am a mother of 4 and love spending time with my family and friends. I am Level 1 Certified Integrative Health Practitioner and am working on Level 2 currently. I look forward to helping as many people as possible on their health/wellness journeys. However that looks for them, it is my goal to make it achievable.
