Hey! My name is Jenn and I live in Calgary, Alberta, Canada!
I am a Yoga teacher and a Wellness Practitioner. I run a yoga & wellness business called Soul Monkey Yoga & Wellness and I have a passion and drive to educate, empower and strengthen the relationship we have with ourselves. Through this journey you will discover that health and wellness are not just about the food you eat, but more importantly, it will bring you to a place of discovery of self.
