I have been working in the field of mental health for over 25 years, and during that time I've had the privilege of supporting people through many different stages of life. My experience has shown me that no two journeys are the same, and I feel honoured to walk alongside clients as they navigate their own challenges and discover new strengths.

As a Holistic Integrative Counsellor, I draw on a range of therapeutic techniques and adapt them to suit you as an individual. My aim is to create a warm, compassionate environment where you can feel comfortable exploring your thoughts and feelings, working at your own pace.

My previous rolls included working at Butterflies Therapy, Wellbeing & Training Centre CIC, working as an affiliate counsellor and mental health practitioner with both adults and children. I have worked alongside, AAAC Counselling Service, facilitating counselling survivors of child sexual abuse and trauma. 

I currently run my own Therapy and Wellbeing Service, ​where my heart is to provide affordable counselling, rooted in the belief that therapy should be accessible to everyone - never exclusive.

At the heart of my work is a simple belief: with the right support, every person has the ability to heal, grow, and move forward towards a more positive and fulfilling future.

I offer both online & face to face sessions, so you can choose what feels most comfortable for you.
