We offer guided meditation sessions for stress, anger, forgiveness, and all chakras. These are conducted via zoom and in-person.
We also can assist with Chakra Healing Affirmations.
Our goal is to create a peaceful locus that is without exception- including but not limited to, ethnicity/race, age, identify pronoun, body-type/shape, ability, religious/spiritual preference, in order to connect not only the physical bodies but the trio-body, mind and soul.
We focus on using a variety of Holistic techniques such as; aromas, crystals, dance, herbs, meditation, reiki, yoga and other Holistic-Wellness methods accessible to everyone.
