About Willow Wood Retreats
I’m Jo, and I’m passionate about creating experiences that support connection, wellbeing and self-care. After many years working with people and families, I wanted to create a space where women could step away from the busyness of everyday life and simply breathe, reset and be themselves.
At Willow Wood Retreats, I offer a range of wellness experiences and retreats, including cacao ceremonies, sound baths, meditation, relaxation and connection experiences, alongside our beautiful outdoor wellness facilities.
