During her Osteopathic work Kate has become interested in the mind/body connection as she has frequently found ongoing stresses/underlying traumas have limited recovery in some patients. After extensive study, under the umbrella of Stress Consultant, Kate can now offer an approach which combines hands-on treatment with talking therapies to help diffuse trauma and restore physical and emotional balance, potentially allowing more health concerns to be addressed.
