I am a holistic therapist, Advanced Shamanic Practitioner, and Holy Fire Reiki practitioner specialising in grief, ancestral healing, and the sacred terrain of motherhood.

My work sits at the intersection of spiritual practice, energy healing, and generational transformation, offering a grounded, heart-led space for women who are ready to heal from the inside out.

My approach is rooted in lived experience.

As an unschooling mother, a daughter navigating profound grief, and a woman who has walked her own path of healing through shamanic journeying, ritual, and story, I bring both professional training and personal depth to every client relationship.

I hold space not from a place of clinical distance, but from genuine understanding of what it means to carry grief, ancestral wounds, and the weight of motherhood in a world that rarely honours those experiences.
