Lauren Rowe
Work with individuals, organisations, and community settings to support emotional wellbeing, neurodiversity, and life transitions. My work combines practical coaching with a deeper understanding of behaviour, identity, and emotional patterns, helping people move forward in a way that feels realistic and sustainable.
Through my work with Woven in Gold, I deliver both one to one support and structured programmes, including transition based workshops for young people navigating key stages of life such as moving into secondary school, further education, or early adulthood. These programmes focus on confidence, emotional regulation, identity, and real world life skills.
I also work within supported living and community environments, offering grounded, person centred support that meets people where they are. My approach is relational, non judgemental, and focused on building stability, self awareness, and long term growth.
My work bridges the gap between traditional services and real life support, offering a space that is both structured and human.
