About me
I am the founder of Innersol, I am an experienced Sound Practitioner dedicated to providing a safe, nurturing space for relaxation, restoration and personal wellbeing.
I facilitate personal sound journey's, group gong and sound baths and personal drumming journey's. I use gongs, crystal bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, chimes and therapeutic percussion.
My approach
My approach combines mindfulness, deep relaxation and sound to help calm the nervous system, reduce stress and support emotional and physical wellbeing. I'm passionate about making sound healing accessible to everyone, I work with individuals from all walks of life, offering inclusive, compassionate sessions that encourage rest, self awareness and inner balance.
I am committed to maintaining high professional standards, ongoing personal development, and ethical practice within the field of sound therapy.
