I love to help people recognise, not only the power that lies within them to be able to heal themselves but also the connection between the mind, body and soul and the importance of keeping these in balance. It's a great feeling to be able to help somebody on their healing journey and to bridge the gap between a client and their loved one in spirit, after all we are all connected. I have always been very spiritually aware and connected to spirit/source, ever since I was a young child (back in the 1980’s!). I delved much deeper into all things spiritual and holistic over 25 years ago now and have never looked back. I have also been part of several Mediumship development circles. I can communicate with spirit telepathically by using clairaudience, clairsentience and clairvoyance. I use my Tarot/Angel cards and pendulum to assist me in understanding messages.

I am currently studying the 'Post Grad' Shamanic Counselling course with the Irish School of Shamanic Studies which is due to finish in June 2024
