Manjunath R Lakshminarayanan is a certified yoga teacher with over 10 years of experience in the yoga field. Trained through an institute affiliated with the Indian Yoga Association (IYA) & recognised by Ministry of Ayush (an Indian Govt Ministry dedicated to alternate medicines), he specialises in traditional yoga and holistic lifestyle under the brand Malahari Yoga (www.malahariyoga.com).
He is also a certified Chakra healer, Karma Healer & a Yoga Nidra specialist.
Passionate about making authentic yoga accessible to all, he provides one-on-one, couple/duo, and group sessions, as well as therapeutic yoga for conditions such as PCOS/PCOD, stress, musculoskeletal concerns, psychosomatic concerns, yogic diet and many more. His approach combines the physical, scientific, and spiritual dimensions of yoga to support lasting health and well-being.
