I started as a mechanical engineer, helped scale a deep-tech company past 100 people, and hit the wall that high performers don't talk about, where the strategy is sound but the system underneath is running hot. That's the work I do now.
I coach founders, leaders and teams on coherence: the gap between what you say you value and how you actually operate under pressure. Not surface motivation, the patterns underneath. My approach blends evidence-based coaching, team-performance science, and holistic practice, because I don't believe your business self and your whole self are two different people.
