My name is Neeley and I am passionate about helping you on your recovery journey, whether that means recovering from addiction, trauma and abuse, managing anxiety or building your self-esteem, by motivating you to reach your goals and realising your true potential.
My mission is to assist all of my clients to greatly enhance their emotional wellbeing and to teach them the tools & resources that they need and can take away with them, to use to build their self-esteem and resilience.
If you desire to touch into an embodied, nourished and loved expression of yourself, in a safe space, this compassionate and felt sense, self-inquiry is for you. My transformational journey, has been through the experience of childhood trauma, abuse and addiction. As an addiction recovery coach, I can meet you exactly as you are and where you are.
We can explore your core beliefs, limitations and repetitive behaviours and thinking, that are currently holding you back, from your own authentic and true expression.
