Many of my clients are experiencing the effects of stress, burnout, menopause, relationship challenges, caregiving responsibilities, empty nest syndrome, anxiety, grief, or a sense that they have lost touch with who they truly are.

Through a unique blend of Sound Healing, Conscious Connected Breathwork and Reiki Energy Healing, I create safe and supportive experiences that encourage deep relaxation, emotional release, nervous system regulation and personal transformation.

Sound Healing for Deep Relaxation and Balance

As an IPHM Accredited Sound Healing Practitioner, I use therapeutic sound frequencies, including gongs, singing bowls and other vibrational instruments, to support relaxation, stress reduction and emotional wellbeing.

Sound healing can help calm the mind, soothe the nervous system, improve sleep quality and create a profound sense of inner peace.

Breathwork for Emotional Release and Personal Growth

I am also a Certified Bionic Breathwork Facilitator, trained in Conscious Connected Breathwork.

This powerful modality combines modern neuroscience, breath science and ancient breathing techniques to help release stored emotions, reduce stress, increase resilience, improve mental clarity and support personal growth.

Breathwork offers an opportunity to move beyond overthinking and reconnect with your inner wisdom, creating space for healing, insight and positive change.

Reiki and Energy Healing

Alongside sound healing and breathwork, I offer Reiki Energy Healing and work within the Usui Reiki and Tera-Mai™ Seichem lineages.

These gentle yet powerful energy healing systems support energetic balance, relaxation, emotional wellbeing and spiritual development. Reiki and Seichem can help restore harmony to the mind, body and spirit while encouraging the body’s natural healing processes.
