I am an advanced practitioner, certified to teach the Danielle Collins Face Yoga Method.
As a woman in my mid fifties, I am passionate about ageing as gracefully and as healthfully as possible, and am very proud to represent the beautifully holistic approach to health, beauty, and well-being, that is the Danielle Collins Face Yoga Method.
My lessons aim to teach clients easy to learn facial exercises, massage techniques, and acupressure techniques, that are scientifically proven to help lift and firm the muscles, smooth lines and wrinkles, boost circulation, improve lymphatic drainage, and help to release stress and tension. All taught in a friendly, relaxed setting, where you are free to ask questions, choose your own pace, and feel perfectly comfortable and at ease.
