Sarah Harvey - Executive IPHM Practitioner.
I qualified as an Advanced Teacher of the Danielle Collins Face Yoga Method in early 2023. After my 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training was interrupted by the Covid years, I shifted focus in 2024 to YOGABODY’s excellent Yoga Flexibility Coach course, which allowed me to further explore anatomy, and how whole-body flexibility not only supports graceful aging and the retention of strength in the body, but also in the face as well.
This led me to certify in Acupressure Massage, and I’m currently training in Indian Head Massage.
Over the past two years, I have developed my own unique course that weaves all of these wonderful practices together - bringing full-body flexibility and Face Yoga into harmony as a powerful approach to reducing and slowing the visible effects of aging, both in body and face
