Welcome,
I am a Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner working both online and in-person. I use an integrated approach, combining BCST, SE and Somatic Movement to facilitate my clients’ release and resolution of embodied physical and emotional trauma. I also hold monthly online Group Healing and Meditation sessions, via a Zoom call, through my Facebook page, ‘Ytene Healing’. They comprise of an initial body-based meditation followed by a rebalancing of the nervous system and facilitation to help release tension and discomfort using Distant CST skills, Osteodouce (Energetic Osteopathy) and Reiki.
